1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:

• Domestic orders (Vietnam): approximately 3–7 business days

• International orders: approximately 7–15 business days depending on destination and shipping carrier services

Delivery timelines may vary because of customs procedures, transportation delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on delivery location and order size.

4. Tracking Information

Customers will receive a tracking number by email once an order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the courier system.

5. Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes required by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. JEMOKOJI cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
