Returns and Refunds Policy

At JEMOKOJI, we aim to provide customers with a clear and fair return process.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order. Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Customized or personalized products

• Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons once opened

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, customers should contact contact@jemokoji.com with the order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they should contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once the order has entered processing or shipping stages, cancellation may no longer be available.
